This is just the most wonderful early Victorian classic blue & white serving plate or platter, the rare “Ravenna” pattern by William Brownfield. It measures approx 14 1/4″ in diameter at it’s widest point, has no cracks, but does have one chip to the rim, age related crazing and staining, as well as firing imperfections to the underside.

Hello again lovelies! Apologies for the lack of posts, been a bit distracted by the garden. The installation of a new fence morphed in to a much bigger project than planned, and the biblical rain didn't help!!
Just a couple of gates to hang, a bit of painting and a little more planting to do, and we'll be finished, just in time for the puppy to destroy it, lol.
I'm taking a break today though, my bones are aching, and I've just about got the house cleaned up, crikey the mud! x
