 This is a lovely antique French casket, or trinket box with heavy bevelled glass lid, worn silver gilt metal body and original red silk lining. It measures approx. 3 1/2″ wide by 2 1/2″ by 1 3/4″ tall overall externally, and is in usable condition, with age related wear, and a small chips to the glass.
