A rare pair of large antique tole ware trays

This is a rare pair of large antique metal tole ware trays, a combination of stencilled and hand-painted floral decoration, with gilt borders, and a few remnants of applied mother-of-pearl. The largest measures an impressive 30″ by 24″, the smaller approx. 24″ by 19″. They are in good condition, with the usual knocks, dents and wear, plus the loss of some mother-of-pearl.
