How do I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal. Cheques are accepted, but despatch of orders will be delayed until payment has cleared.

How long will my item take to arrive?

Most items will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail, after which the delivery time is in their hands, although I can normally give you a fairly good idea of when to expect your delivery. Certain areas of Scotland, eg the Highlands and Islands, are often more expensive delivery wise, and may take a little longer, so please contact me prior to purchasing. Local customers are more than welcome to collect or we can deliver ourselves. Please contact us if you are overseas for a delivery quote.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Despite my almost obsessive packaging efforts accidents do, on rare occasions happen. Please let me know as soon as possible so that a solution can be worked out.

What is PayPal?

Paypal is a safe and secure online payment service. You can use your credit or debit card to make payments even if you do not have a Paypal account.
